All products are handmade, made-to-order. Images, colours, and finishes shown online are illustrative and may vary slightly due to artisan processes, materials, and display calibration. We may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and may limit quantities. All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
6. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory or material constraints, or pricing errors. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email provided at purchase.
Because items are handmade to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Any change requests must be submitted promptly and may not be possible after production starts.
7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
8. Shipping, Risk & International Orders
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. For international orders, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
9. Returns, Defects & Remedies
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence. If approved, we will provide the applicable remedy as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
